MeatLiquor has teamed up with Bone Daddies to design two new burgers that will be available at Meat Liquor’s restaurants.

The burgers will be on sale in London, Leeds and Brighton as well as at MeatMission in Hoxton and MeatMarket in Covent Garden from next week until 24 December.

Bone Daddies’ Ross Shonhan has created a Super Fatty Patty burger that infuses US and Japanese cooking styles, while José Pizarro from of Pizarro restaurant and José Tapas bar has made the José Pizarro’s Iberiburger with Spanish and Mediterranean flavours.

For every burger sold £1 will go to a charity of Shonhan and Pizarro’s choice.

The special menu items coincide with the launch of MeatLiquor’s cookery book, The MeatLiquor Chronicles: Chapter & Verse.

“Ross and José have been long-standing friends of ours, we’re regulars at their restaurants and are thrilled to showcase their signature dishes on our menus.  The distinctive flavours and ingredients used in the new limited-edition burgers is something we’ve never been able to do with our menu before, we hope our regulars enjoy.” said Yianni Papoutsis and Scott Collins of MeatLiquor.

Ross Shonhan’s Super Fatty Patty, available from 20th October – 23rd November; José Pizarro’s Iberiburger, available from 24th November – 24th December.
