Mark Bond has left his role as operations director for the Imbiba-backed Wright & Bell to join Carluccio’s, MCA understands.
Bond joined the Kitty hawk operator last April from Mitchells & Butlers.
He has now joined Carluccio’s as an operations manager.
Jayne Baker left her position as managing director earlier this year and was replaced by Sarah (Reid) Clark, formerly retail director of Vintage Inns for Mitchells & Butlers and head of city operations for Pret A Manger.
The “department store of dining” concept, Kitty Hawk, opened in South Place, near Finsbury Circus, at the end of last year.
