Bodean’s, the barbecue smokehouse concept, will open its fourth site on 17 September in Westbourne Grove, London. The company’s latest site will include 100 covers spread over two floors, with a 40-cover ground floor, and a 60-covers on the first floor, which will consist of a sub and upper mezzanine areas. The group is also believed to be close to signing on a site in the City close to Tower Hill, which it hopes to have trading by January next year. Andre Blais, founder of Bodean’s, said that the company hopes to add a further two to three restaurants next year, which would bring the group’s estate to around eight by the end of 2008. It currently operates restaurants in Soho, Clapham and Fulham.
