Bleecker St Burger and Koya are the latest concepts to be linked with opening at the Bloomberg Place development in the City of London.

MCA understands that both are in advanced talks to take units at the scheme, which is due to open later this year.

Bleecker St Burger, the award winning street food concept founded by Zan Kaufman, opened its first indoor site earlier this year in London’s Victoria.

Koya Bar is the Soho-based Japanese Udon noodle concept led by John Devitt.

Caravan, Vinoteca and Homeslice have all signed up to open at the scheme, whilst legendary chef Pierre Koffmann and the Sethi family, with a new concept, are also believed to be in talks to open ventures at the development.

It is thought that the line up will be completed by a tacos-led concept.

Once complete, the new Bloomberg UK headquarters will comprise two buildings connected by glazed bridges across a retail arcade that bisects the site.

It will provide approximately 500,000sq ft of sustainable office space.
