Pop-up chefs Gerald Mirey and Ko Ito are opening their debut restaurant Bistro Mirey in West London.
Bistro Mirey, on 98 Lillie Rd, Fulham, will serve lunch and dinner daily, weekend brunch and Sunday lunch.
The partners have collaborated on French-Japanese fusion dining at Islington’s Cuckoo N1 The Charles Lamb.
Starters include steak tartare, beetroot carpaccio and spiced potted shrimp, with winter mains including braised beef cheek in red wine with miso and wasabi mash.
Mirey has worked at The Boisdale, The Garrison, and was most recently head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s The Narrow restaurant.
