Bill’s, the Richard Caring-backed chain, will open in Bluewater  later this year, after securing the Leon site at the scheme, M&C Report has learnt.

The 41-strong group, which is set to reach the 50-site mark by the end of the year, is scheduled to open at the Kent-based scheme in October.

Leon is currently in talks on a number of new openings both in London and across the UK, and will open its next site in September in Cowcross Street, Farringdon.

Earlier this week, Bill’s, which has also recently secured a site in Cheltenham’s Regent Street, completed on a 3,000sq ft site in Northcote Road, Battersea.

The company recently secured its first site in Scotland, in Glasgow, and has further openings lined up in Woking, Liverpool, Farnham, Newbury and Camberley.

It is also thought to be eyeing opportunities in Leeds, Watford and Taunton.
