Bill’s Restaurants, the Richard Caring-backed chain, has secured a site in Nottingham for an opening this summer.

The 32-strong company, which is currently strengthening its team and pipeline of openings in the north and Midlands, has secured a unit the old Bank of Scotland site in the city’s Queen Street, for an opening this June.

It has four openings lined up over the next two months in Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Kingston and Worcester.

The group is also believed to be in talks on sites in Newbury, Leeds and York.

It  has already exchanged on sites in Manchester, Bury St Edmunds and Norwich.
