Bill’s Restaurants, the fast-growing Richard Caring-backed chain, has further strengthened its openings pipeline, including its first site in the North West, as it gears up to open its 30th site next week.

The company, which is on track to report turnover in its current financial year to the end of next July of between £50-55m, will open in Ealing next Monday – its 15th in London, followed by a further launch in Windsor on 3 February.

The group has also exchanged on sites in Manchester’s John Dalton Street; in Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds; the Kingstin Riverside development and in the centre of Norwich.

It is also in talks on openings in Bluewater, Worcester and Tunbridge Wells.

It is understood that the Manchester site will be the first of a concerted push by the group into region.

The group, which opened 15 sites in 2013, saw turnover for the year to 28 July 2013 reach £27.5m compared to c£10m the previous 12 months.
