Alasdair Murdoch, chief executive of Burger King UK, and James Spragg, chief executive of Casual Dining Group, are among a number of big names that have been added to the agenda for the MCA Restaurant Conference 2019.

Taking place on 18 September at the Marriott Grosvenor Square hotel in London, delegates will hear Murdoch speak on the topic of leadership and the key attributes that are critical, now more than ever, for our sector.

While James Spragg, recently appointed chief executive of Casual Dining Group will be joining our Hot Topics panel, alongside Matt Snell, managing director of Gusto. They will be joined by soon to be announced names to debate the big issues affecting the sector, including rents and rates, the growth of delivery and how data is impacting menu development.

They join already announced speakers including Emma Woods, chief executive of Wagamama and Jens Hofma, chief executive of Pizza Hut Restaurants.
