Kentish Town-based steakhouse, Beef & Brew, has secured a second a site – at London Bridge - as part of a plan to roll out up to 10 sites, MCA understands.
The concept, founded by ex-Angela Hartnett chef Jessica Simmons and former banker Daniel Nathan, has secured a unit in a development on St Thomas Street, opposite the entrance to London Bridge station.
The group is now seeking to raise funds to fit out the restaurant and begin the search for further sites.
The new venue will see the concept extend its dayparts, with a separate breakfast offer introduced.
Steaks make up 50% of the offer but the menu also includes chicken and burgers as well specials such as brisket jam nuggets.
The first site opened in Kentish Town Road at the end of 2015. The business plan is to open five to 10 sites over time.
