The Beard to Tail restaurant in London’s Shoreditch, which was recently relaunched as an all-day brasserie called Penkul & Banks, has been placed on the market, M&C Report understands.

The site is being marketed by Cedar Dean Gilmarc with a premium of £450k being sought with a rent of £80k per annum.

Opened in 2012 by Richard Wynne, of award winning cocktail bar Callooh Callay, the site on Curtain Road recently changed from being a lunch and dinner bar & grill to an all-day format serving breakfast coffee, lunch and dinner.

Beard to Tail started life as a pop-up before become a 70-cover restaurant and bar, with a kitchen overseen by head chef Dan Thrippleton, who previously worked with Mark Hix.
