Almost Famous, a Manchester-based burger concept, is opening its fourth site in Leeds later this year.
The site on Great George Street will be a two-level restaurant and bar. It will be the company’s first site outside the north-west.
The company began in 2012 in Manchester’s Northern Quarter selling ‘messy’ burgers and now has two sites in Manchester and one in Liverpool.
The burger menu includes the Triple Nom (double cheeseburger, BBQ pork, coleslaw and redneck sauce); the River Phoenix (double cheese burger, bacon, BBQ fried onions, frazzles, chipotle ketchup, BBQ sauce and fresh chilli); the Butter Blood & Bleu (double cheeseburger, rare flatiron steak, chorizo, chillies and bleu cheese sauce).
