3Sixty Restaurants, the group led by James Horler and backed by Luke Johnson, has disposed of its Rocket site in Mayfair to the owners of Mews of Mayfair, the exclusive restaurant, cocktail bar & lounge.
It is understood the group sold the restaurant after receiving a substantial sum for the site and is set to reinvest the fund into the further rollout of its four-strong Rocket chain and eight-strong Ego estate.
Mews of Mayfair has rebranded the site the Mayfair Pizza Company. The acquisition further increases its portfolio in the area.
3Sixty posted a turnover of £12.5m during its first 13 months in operation to 31 March 2012.
