Newcastle-based restaurant operator 21 Hospitality is launching a new noodle-bar concept at the city’s Fenwick’s Food Hall.

The Terry Laybourne-led group had already announced it would be operating casual seafood dining outlet Saltwater Fish Company in the development.

Now it has said new concept KO Sai will also feature. The model is described as offering fast casual dining, with a focus on healthy, fresh dishes.

The menu at the 40-cover venue will centre single plate meals and finger food snacks with a drinks offer including craft beer, wine and fresh juice.
