Vegetarian restaurant group 1847 has strengthened its senior team as it seeks further expansion.
The group, which operates four sites – in Brighton, Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester, has appointed Matt Bowling as its food and beverage director.
Bowling moves across from Brighton’s Terre a Terre, where he was head chef.
1847 founder Damien Davenport said: “We have exciting plans to expand further in Brighton during 2017 and Matt is instrumental to this.”
