Yummy Pub Company has appointed Ed Harper as its first operations director.
Harper joins the company, which recently appointed Beds & Bars chief executive Keith Knowles as chairman, after a brief stint as group manager at the Old Northampton Club, the bar and coffee shop operator.
Previous to that he spent a year and a half as a senior general manager with Loungers.
He previously worked at Yummy as a general manager for just over a year.
Working alongside managing director Anthony Pendler, Jason Rowlands and Tim Foster, Knowles will work to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement.
It is thought that the group is close to securing its seventh site.
Earlier this year, Foster said that company was keen to work with more landlords that want to invest.
