Yates’s, the Stonegate-owned bar brand, has launched a new food and drink menu in 10 of its sites.

The menu sees buttermilk chicken and waffles with maple syrup joining the breakfast menu alongside ‘The Cowboy’ – barbecue baked beans, bacon, chorizo and a fried egg.

There is also a new buffalo chicken burger and the great balls of fire burger, which is served with extra hot Piri Piri sauce and a red chilli. New to the barbecue range is the ‘BBQ chicken feast’ – a selection of buttermilk chicken goujons, chicken wings, chicken and chorizo skewers and pulled chicken served with coleslaw, garlic bread slices and a barbecue sauce.

A salted caramel chocolate slice has been added to the dessert range as well as a chocolate heaven party sundae, which consists of ice cream, profiteroles, rocky road pieces and caramel covered chocolate topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

Alongside the new food menu, Yates’s has also introduced a range of new cocktails such as the rhubarb and custard martini and the Jager-Shake – a concoction of Baileys, Jagermeister and oreo cookies, served in a milk bottle. There is also a Fiery Mojito, which is finished off with a sprinkle of popping candy and served in a tin can.

The hand-crafted vodka shots range has been extended to include three new flavours: rhubarb, raspberry and Jamaican ginger cake and a new passion fruit flavour daiquiri has been added to the selection of frozen cocktails..

The new drinks menu will also see three local cask ales on tap in addition to an increased number of craft beers and ciders such as Strongbow Dark Fruits, Curious Brew Lager, Einstock Pale Ale and Vedett IPA.
