Magnus Wilson, the veteran pub operator, has left Parkmill Pub Management, the pub management arm of Orchid Group.
Wilson is understood to have left to focus on his own business, DT (North East) Limited.
Wilson served as managing director of Parkmill from January 2010.
Previously, Wilson was group operations director at Orchid between July 2008 and January 2010.
He has also worked as acquisitions director at Orchid, operations director at Spirit Group and a retail operations director at Vaux Retail. Park Mill runs pubs on behalf of third parties - it signed a contract in December 2009 to run the former Premium Bars and Restaurants sites. It also currently runs two Charles Wells Pub Company leased sites.
