The White Brasserie Company, the pub venture owned by Brasserie Blanc operator Brasserie Bar Co, has secured its sixth pub and is in negotiations on two more as it looks to have 10 sites open or secured by the end of July, M&C Report understands.

The group has secured the White Bear in Ruislip, its fourth with Enterprise Inns, for an opening by the end of June and is in advanced talks on a further two properties in Surrey.

M&C Report understands that the group’s fifth pub, the Sun Inn in Chobham, which opened on 15 December is already achieving average weekly sales of over £40k.

The group is also set to embark on adding an extension to its site, The Hare in Old Redding, Harrow, in order to add more covers to the business.

Last year, the company plans to open 20 new pubs within three years.

Brasserie Bar Co secured £13.5m of funding at the start of 2014 from ESO Capital to finance a three year plan that includes the roll-out of its White Brasserie Company pub-brasserie concept.

Last summer, Paul Van Zijl – formerly operations manager with Gaucho Grill, was appointed as the venture’s new operations director.
