Inventive Leisure, the fast-growing Revolution Vodka Bar operator, has secured two more sites, including the biggest location yet for a standalone Revolucion de Cuba rum bar concept in Manchester. The company has exchanged on the leasehold of a two storey, 15,000 sq ft site in Manchester’s Peter Street, its fifth in the city. It has also exchanged on an outlet in Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, which will operate as a ‘dual’ venue featuring standard Revolution Vodka Bar and a Revolucion de Cuba room. The acquisitions take Inventive’s estate to 69 sites. Inventive Leisure chief executive Roy Ellis told M&C Report: “We are looking to exchange on a couple of others. We are at various stages of negotiation and are quite close to agreeing on about another half dozen.” Earlier this year Ellis told M&C Report that the number in mind for the company is 120.
