Twisted Bars Ltd is set to open its first venue with eyes on a ten-strong estate in its Yorkshire heartland.

Adam Lewis, who owns the Yard pubs in Ilkley and Malton and Paul Glendinning, who runs an insurance broker, are launching Everybodys All Day Social in the Leeds town of Guiseley.

The pair invested £250,000 after taking on the lease of the former Cellar V and are expecting to open the new-look venue in early 2016.

They said they are already looking for their next site and plan to open 10 over the next seven years.

Glendinning said: “We’ll be opening for coffee and brunch in the morning, and serving food throughout the day and into the early evening.

“Sunday lunch will be a big deal for us, and we’ll be creating a tempting menu and friendly atmosphere that we hope will attract families, couples and people looking for a working lunch, as well as those heading out in the evening for drinks with friends or family.”

Lewis said: “Getting the right people in place who share our passion for high quality products, locally sourced food and commitment to delivering a fantastic customer experience is vital.

“We are prepared to invest heavily in the right people, and we’re currently putting the finishing touches to our very own bespoke training module. We are putting in place a team that will deliver excellent customer service, has great product knowledge on food, coffee, cocktails, craft beer and wines.”
