Sidney Phillips has put 25 freehold pubs from Admiral, Punch, Enterprise and Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company up for auction, writes Gurjit Degun.
The guide prices range from £90,000 for town-centre pub the Barrel & Shive in Willenhall, West Midlands, to £425,000 for the Carpenters Arms in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, a cottage-style property. Both of the outlets are currently closed.
The auction will be held at the Albright Hussey Manor Hotel in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, on 28 July at 2.30pm.
A previous Sidney Phillips sale on 16 June in Ledbury, Herefordshire, saw 17 sites go under the hammer.
However, the majority were sold either before or after the auction.
