Tim Clarke, the former chief executive of Mitchells & Butlers, has been appointed as a non-executive director at Hall & Woodhouse.
The Dorset-based brewer and pub operator has also appointed former British Airways director Mike Street as a non-executive, as revealed by M&C Report in February.
And, as we reported earlier this year, Lord Rockley, a former chairman of Kleinwort Benson, the investment bank, is to step down after nine years in the role.
Mark Woodhouse will step into the role of chairman and Anthony Woodhouse will become the sole managing director.
