Three Wishes Group, the pub company run by Terry O’Sullivan, is selling five of its high street pubs and bars, which are located across London and Slough. The group, which currently has 16 sites, has placed the Misty Moon bars in Barnet, Bethnal Green and Harlesden; the Wernham Hoggs in Slough and the Windmill in Sydenham on the market. The premises, which all have sizable outside areas, are being sold on a free-of-tie basis. Neil Morgan, director of corporate pubs for Christie & Co, which is handling the sale, said: “The pubs are predominantly wet-led operations but offer scope to develop the food side of the business. “Although currently run under management, these new leases would offer an ideal opportunity for an experienced owner-operator to increase income by adopting a more hands-on approach.”
