TCG Acquisitions Limited, the managed pub company, has sold the leasehold interest of the Minerva Hotel pub in Hull, East Yorkshire, to local operator Phil Daly, for an undisclosed sum.
The three-story property, which is situated in an area of Hull that is currently under going regeneration and redevelopment, features four trading areas, a 25-cover bar, a 15-cover lounge, a 26-cover dining area, and a 12-cover snug.
The property, which is currently closed, also includes a three-bedroom owner’s accommodation on the first floor and a further eight rooms on the second floor.
New owner Phil Daly, who plans to re-open the property as a pub, currently operates the Legends Bar in the city.
