Last year, Justin Phillimore became the first non-family member to take on the mantle of chief executive at Charles Wells – taking charge of the firm as it re-enters the managed pubs sector and continues to strengthen its ties with tenants. He talks to James Wallin about his plans for the future of the 140-year-old brewer and pub operator
