Sugar Hut, the Essex-based business, is to launch its first ever pop up nightclub following the Simply Red concert at Chelmsford City Racecourse on 1 July.
The business, which is led by Terry Pullen and set to open its second standalone site in Liverpool later this year, said that 300 VIP ticket holders will join the club for an exclusive ‘Sugar Hut Experience’ after party with a host of DJ’s and live music.
Pullen, co-owner of Sugar Hut, said: “Our brand is world famous and the time is now right to launch Sugar Hut Events (SHE) to a wider market. Sugar Hut has always been the place to be in Essex and with a new club launching in the heart of Liverpool in September 2016 and possible new sites in London and Marbella, we are really excited to take Sugar Hut on the road too! This is a huge event as this is the first time ever Simply Red has performed in Essex and we’re really excited to be working with Britain’s newest racecourse.”
Jill Turner, commercial manager at Chelmsford City Racecourse, said: “We are delighted to be working with the Sugar Hut to bring an amazing opportunity to our guests who are attending the Simply Red concert on the 1July. The experience and expertise that the club brings to this event will ensure that once the racing and concert has finished people can stay on and continue to enjoy their evening into the small hours of the morning!”
