St Austell has established a Small Batch Beer Club of 36 pubs to be ambassadors for the products being produced at its micro-brewery.

The small batch brewery can brew 40 barrels, or 3,000 pints at a time, with SMASH#1 being the first beer available to the club.

Brewing team leader Rob Orton said: “We traditionally brew some fantastic beers every year for the St Austell Brewery Beer Festival and other events and wanted to be able to share them with more people than ever before.
