Slug and Lettuce, the Stonegate bar group, is launching new season menu focusing on fresh, light and floral flavours. There will be new dishes in the breakfast, lunch and dinner including lower calorie options and a drinks menu that will include floral cocktails.

The breakfast and brunch menu will include dishes such as waffles served with a fruit salad, fresh fruit and yoghurt or pulled pork or bacon and egg have been added; whilst children can opt for egg and soldiers, beans on toast, or a full English breakfast, with a vegetarian option available.

New salads have been added including a Lebanese-style chicken salad, an oak smoked salmon salad, using responsibily sourced salmon, and a mushroom and spinach crispy filo tart served with the house salad.

The all-day options include flatbread tostadas with fillings such as Lebanese chicken, sticky tabasco pulled pork or Black Forest ham with roasted butternut squash and Grana Padano shavings. As well as tostadas the smaller bites menu includes tear and share crowns with toppings such as Manchego cheese, beetroot houmous or smoked salmon and mackerel paté.

The children’s menu now includes a new mini rack of pork ribs and tostadas.

Desserts now include warm waffles served with fresh fruit and maple syrup or ice cream and caramel sauce.

Food is served all day until 10pm.
