Nick Campbell, owner and operator of the Simmons Bar concept, has opened his first pub venture, the Chelsea Pensioner in London’s Fulham.
The group recently re-opened the site complete with craft beer, traditional ales, crisp cider, flatbread pizzas and cocktails.
Campbell launched Simmons Bar in 2009 and operates two sites under the format in King’s Cross and Camden.
