London-based pub group Harcourt Inns has appointed Savills to market three freehold pubs in London, previously part of the group’s estate.

The pubs being considered for sale – either individually or as a portfolio – are The Crown in Chiswick, The Three Cranes in the City, and The Harcourt in Marylebone.

Founded by James McCulloch in 2014, Harcourt Inns has a collection of pubs with dining rooms across the capital, also including The Boundary in Shoreditch, The Coach in Clerkenwell, and The Hero of Maida in Maida Vale.

Paul Breen, director in the licensed leisure team at Savills, commented: “It is extremely rare to see freehold properties of this quality being brought to the market. The pubs have all been tastefully refurbished in recent years and are presented in excellent order.

“They represent a fantastic opportunity for established operators and new entrants to acquire properties in some of London’s most exclusive locations.”
