The pubs include the Golden Grove Inn in Llanarthney in Carmarthen, which comprises a bar and 72-cover dining area, a function room with a capacity for 60 people, as well as six letting rooms and a four-room owner’s flat. The group is also set to dispose of the Wolf Inn in Wolfcastle in Haverfordwest, which features a main bar, two dining rooms, beer garden and four letting rooms and a two-room owner’s flat.
