Family brewer and pub operator Robinsons has acquired the Seacroft in Trearddur Bay on Anglesey.

The property was previously privately owned, and possesses a lounge bar and dining area with approximately 120 covers as well as six en-suite letting bedrooms and an external terrace with an additional 80 covers approximately.

The transaction was brokered by Tim Martin of Fleurets’ North West office who said: “The Seacroft is an attractive pub in a popular seaside tourist location, yet it is also close to the busy port of Holyhead and as such, has a strong trade throughout the year. The deal demonstrates the continued demand for quality trading opportunities in North Wales. Frederic Robinson Ltd also purchased the George III Hotel in Dolgelleau and the Four Alls in Caernarfon in 2017, which were also brokered by Fleurets.”
