Revolution Bars Group has lined up a site in Belfast for its first opening in Northern Ireland, MCA understands.
The 60-strong group will operate the site under its Revolucion de Cuba brand.
The group also has openings lined up in Harrogate, Glasgow and Aberdeen for the new financial year.
Like-for-like sales at Revolution grew 2.3% in the year to 30 June 2016. Total sales for the period increased by £7.7m ( up 6.9%) to £119.5m.
Last month the Jimmy Del Giudice, who has been with the company for 25 years, was appointed its new chief operations officer.
Chris Chambers, formerly finance director of crane hire business Ainscough, also joined the Mark McQuater-led company last month as chief financial officer, replacing Sean Curran.
