Revolution Bars Group is today unveiling the £1.7m investment in its Revolución de Cuba in Nottingham.

Previously a neglected grade II listed building, Revolution has completely refurbished the site, including restoring features such as windows and arches that had been hidden away.

The site is spread over two floors with three separate rooms and bar areas, as well as a dedicated eating section. The ground floor has over 3,100 square foot available to customers, with an additional 2,500 square foot on the first floor. The Havana bar on the second floor is open from 9pm every day and trades as a separate entity, with its own bespoke cocktail menu featuring fresh fruit daiquiris.

Clinton Ghent, Brand Manager of Revolución de Cuba, said: “We are thrilled to be opening our new Revolución de Cuba bar, the Group’s 60th site, as we continue an extensive acquisition drive which has seen three openings over the last two months. Nottingham has some great bars and restaurants and we’re looking forward to bringing something a little different to the city. This area, in particular, is enjoying a real renaissance and becoming much more stylish and upmarket, and we are excited to be part of this.”
