London-based brewer and pub operator Remarkable Restaurants is to partner with restaurant business the Fish House to launch its latest site, the Virgin Queen in Hackney.
The 12-strong group, which is led by Elton Mouna, formerly of Fuller’s and Brewhouse & Kitchen, is set to re-open The Albion pub in Goldsmith Row later this summer,
Remarkable is partnering with The Fish House on The Albion’s replacement, which will serve “craft beers, wine & top notch fish & chips.
The Fish House currently operates two restaurants in London, in Victoria Park Village in E9 and in East Village in, Victory Parade, E20.
