Redmed, the fledgling operator, which counts Luminar chief executive Peter Marks as a non-executive director, is to launch its second site later this week in Lincoln.
The company, which is led by John O’Donoghue and backed by Downing LLP, will open Craft Bar & Kitchen, featuring a coffee house & breakfast bar, a conservatory restaurant and garden, and a mixology bar and cocktail lounge.
The opening of the all-day venue comes nearly two years after the group invested £2.5m in acquiring and developing the former Annexe site in the city into late-night venue Home, a 1,650 capacity, six-roomed venue, with three dance floors, two bars, two smoking terraces and a VIP room.
