Red Mist Leisure has secured its seventh pub after taken on the free-of-tie lease at the Headley Hills in Surrey.

Mark Robson, managing director of the pub group, described the site as having “massive scope”.

He said: “It’s the perfect location and demographic for us and I’m very excited about what we can do there.”

The pub will open under its original name, the Cock Inn, in March, and will be the second Red Mist site to feature an open kitchen.

Last month M&C Report revealed that Red Mist had agreed a conditional freehold purchase of Punch Taverns’ Royal Exchange in the village of Lindford in East Hampshire.
