Punch is to open its first Falcon pub in central London as it approaches the 100-site milestone for the for format.

The pubco’s retail contracts division has taken on the Constitution in Pimlico, which will open next week after a £300,000 refurbishment.

The opening also sees an existing Falcon publican Kelly Henfrey taking on the site after turning around the Bulls Head, Countesthorpe, Leicestershire.

The Falcon division currently consists of 97 pubs either trading or in conversion with 177 currently identified.
