The Pub Skills: HR Summit has unveiled its full agenda for the event on 27 February.

The agenda features talks from David Wilson from the BBPA, on potential changes in legislation that will affect employers, including the impact of Brexit; Jenny McPhee, head of brand and Hannah Plumb, head of restaurant operations, from The Alchemist, will speak about the unusual benefits that operators can use to motivate and engage staff in tough economic times.

The day will also feature a panel discussion on apprenticeships, and will cover changes to the apprenticeship market, such as the apprenticeship levy and new standards, and what it will mean for employers. The panel will be chaired by Claire Churchard, deputy editor at The Morning Advertiser, and will feature Lizzie Crowley from the CIPD and Jeremy Scorer from HIT.
