PS - the Pub Company, the Oxfordshire-based gastropub operator, is to open a second site under its Blue’s Smokehouse concept in Twickenham, west London, and is also set to buy its first freehold venue for conversion to a deli/restaurant featuring rooms, M&C Report has learnt
