Wolverhampton & Dudley has opened its first new Pitcher & Piano in five years at Southampton's Ocean Village.
The site is the brand's 27th venue and will open on a long lease with a peppercorn rent of £1 a year.
The company is now in negotiations to expand the brand, including converting a former Wizard Inns site. A further three former Wizard pubs are also under consideration for conversion.
