New World Trading Company has acquired the Café Rouge site in Farnham, Surrey for its latest Botanist, M&C understands.
It will be the eighth Botanist for the Living Ventures-owned managed pub operator, with the seventh to open in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, at the end of November.
The company is also set to open the second of its Trading House concepts in Glasgow on 5 October.
This year the company has opened a Botanist in Birmingham and the first Trading House in London’s Gresham Street.
