Serviced office group, IWG, is to bring the Swedish private members’ club brand, No 18, to the UK, with an opening in the Battersea Power Station scheme.

IWG acquired No 18, which operates two venues in Stockholm and plans to open one in the US and one in Switzerland, last year.

It will occupy 40,000 square feet of space over two floors of the power station.

The letting of this space to IWG means that half of the commercial space in the development is now let.

The development already houses operators ranging from Darwin & Wallace to Tonkotsu and Cinnamon Kitchen.

Among the units still to open are tapas Brindisa and Pedler.
