Steve Cox, managing director of Faucet inn, has told M&C he has sites lined up for his Neighbourhood all-day dining concept in Bristol, Leeds and central London.

Work is due to start on the second Neighbourhood in Southampton’s Arts Quarter development in the next two weeks with an opening lined up for mid-October.

Cox said he would like to have between five and six sites open by the end of 2016.

On the inaugural site in Stratford City, he said: “The East Village has taken a little longer than we expected to take off. The residential and other tenants are now moving in and we are seeing a significant uplift in terms of our volumes and we’re very pleased with what we’re delivering there.”

Neighbourhood operates throughout the day with a focus on fish and meats on a Robata Flame grill and rotisserie. The drinks offer centres on craft beers, cocktails and wine.
