Multiple operators Pete Lumber and Clarke Oldfield have reopened a Spirit leased pub followING an investment by the pub company of more than £200,000.
The Newbury in Newbury, Berkshire, has been extended and the upstairs changed to include a large meeting room for up to 30 delegates, a new bar and a contemporary external terraced area.
