MNKY HSE, a new restaurant, bar and club, is to launch on the former Dover Street Wine Bar site in London’s Mayfair.

Entrepreneurs Boris Kofman and Saul Lewin have invested up to £5.5m on the project after agreeing to take over the 8,000sq ft site on a new 25-year lease.

They have entered into a joint venture with Marc Merran, co-founder of nightclubs Chinawhite, to launch the new site, which will feature a sushi bar, cocktail bar, a ground floor restaurant and live music.

It is understood that Seb Howard from CBRE and David Abramson from CDG brokered the deal.
