Speciality coffee shop concept District is launching a spin-off bar and restaurant concept Where’s Fred’s in the City of London.

Located at 7 Frederick’s Place, the 750 sq ft unit will house a premium day-to-night concept including brunch, and charcuterie boards and organic wines in the evening

Where’s Fred’s has been created by Chelsea Finch, following the success of her coffee brand District.

Part of a Mercers’ Company development, the campus-style cluster of listed buildings, within a cul-de-sac adjacent to Bank station, has undergone a £20m renovation over the last five years.

Chelsea Finch said: “We are excited to launch a new venue that will appeal to everyone – catering to office workers surrounding the area and capturing the London locals looking for either lunch or after-work drinks. With brilliant transport links on our doorstep, and a picturesque fascia, Where’s Fred’s debut home at 7 Frederick’s Place will open in time to welcome guests later this Summer.”

Distrikt acted on behalf of the Mercers’ Company and Where’s Fred’s represented themselves.
