Punch Taverns has sold the lease of The Pear Tree Inn in Whitley, Wiltshire to Maypole Group, the AIM-listed hotels and restaurants group, for £305,000.
The property, which is set in four acres of grounds, comprises a bar with a capacity for 30 people, an 80-cover restaurant, an outdoor area and eight letting rooms.
