MatchPint, the UK’s leading sports marketing app for pubs, has announced a new partnership with charity Football Beyond Borders to coincide with the first game of Euro 2016 on 9 June.

During the tournament, every time customers use the MatchPint app to check in at a pub, the company will donate 10p to the football charity. Pub goers using the app will also enter a prize draw to win exclusive football memorabilia, including signed shirts, footballs, and books.

Football Beyond Borders is a registered UK charity that uses the power of football to inspire young people to achieve their goals both in the classroom and on the pitch. The FBB methodology combines football training sessions delivered by FA qualified coaches with mentoring and tutoring programmes focused on giving educational and employment support to young people in some of London’s most deprived estates and schools.

Dom Collingwood, co-founder of MatchPint, said: “The partnership is a unique way for MatchPint to harness the passion of sports fans in raising valuable money for a brilliant charity. FBB share many of our views on the power of community, and collective experience, and we’re excited to be bringing this message to pub goers across the country this summer.”
